Join our friendly team at Cafe Yasuragi and Shoko — a modern Japanese cafe and takeaway concept at Millenia Walk serving Japanese comfort food, coffee, matcha, desserts and drinks in a cosy environment

Job Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers warmly
Explain menu items and ordering process
Take customer orders and process payments
Serve food and beverages
Prepare selected food and drink items according to SOPs
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
Support daily outlet operations including opening and closing, and other ad-hoc duties
Good to have: able to assist with simple kitchen food preparation when required
Willing to be rostered across Cafe Yasuragi and Shoko based on operational requirements
Salary
Part-Time
$12–15 per hour, depending on experience
Full-Time
$2,400–$3,000 per month, depending on experience
Working Hours
Part-Time
Flexible scheduling
Up to 35 hours per week
Full-Time
45 hours per week
Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
Requirements
Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 certification
Positive and empathetic attitude towards work
Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
Team player with good communication skills
Fluent in English
Able to work in a fast-paced cafe environment
Able to commit weekends and public holidays where required
Preferred
Prior F&B, cafe or hospitality experience
Experience in cashiering, customer service, coffee, matcha or beverage preparation
Able to assist with simple kitchen food preparation
