Responsibilities
Fast track program designed for fresh graduates who are passionate about retail and eager to grow into a leadership role.
Over 12-18 months, trainees will rotate across key areas of store operations, develop leadership skills, and receive hands-on mentoring to prepare them for a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager role.

• Participate in a structured rotational programme within the store
• Work closely with experienced managers and mentors to understand end-to-end retail operations and business strategies
• Lead small-scale projects and initiatives to drive store performance, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency
• Develop strong leadership capabilities through hands-on experience in team supervision, problem-solving, and decision-making
Job Requirements
Min higher nitec in business admin/customer experience/retail/hospitality/tourism; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Able to work 5 days work week including weekends and PH (retail hours)
Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
