Assistant Campus Planning & Development Manager | 3-Year Contract

Location: West Singapore
Employment: 3-Year Contract (Subject to Extension)
Salary: Competitive Salary (Commensurate with Experience)

Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday
• Office Hours

What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead campus planning studies, feasibility assessments, and infrastructure development evaluations
• Engage stakeholders to understand operational, clinical, and service requirements for future developments
• Translate business and operational needs into functional planning strategies and development briefs
• Coordinate with consultants, government agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver planning and design solutions
• Review planning proposals to ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and technical requirements
• Prepare business cases, reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and governance committees
• Monitor healthcare planning trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Support strategic campus redevelopment projects that enhance healthcare delivery and patient experience
