Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Attend to patients' enquiries and provide accurate information and clarification on services.
• Provide relevant service information to callers.
• Assist with appointment bookings from hospitals, SAF, and CHAS GP clinics.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Assistant Clinic Operations Executive or Clinic Operations Executive.

Job Requirement

• Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
• Customer service-oriented with a pleasant telephone manner.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
