Skills Required:

• Applicants must be able to demonstrate understanding, experience and ability as follows:
• Essential Expertise in Maya, 3ds Max or other equivalent 3D software
• Skilled in modeling high poly characters to the required standard and level of detail which also involves creating UV maps with good layout, use of space and minimal texture distortion, producing normal maps and surface bakes and creating textures to the appropriate style and standard
• Should be able to translate from other file formats or to take raw data to create 3D renderings
• Willingness to respond to and adapt to artistic criticism
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with team members of different Disciplines
• Should be able to work alone or as part of a team
• Good positive attitude and outlook and willing to learn
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel Desirable
• Excellent 2D drawing and painting skill is a plus
• Training from an art school or training in 3D/2D animation program is a plus
• Ability to conceptualize design story board is an added advantage
• Programming and action scripting knowledge related to 3D and interactive media is a plus
• Presentable and sensibility in design and aesthetics of art will be advantages to candidates.
