Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes, standards, and production schedules.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained.
• Handle, prepare, and store food ingredients in accordance with food safety, hygiene, and Halal requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and work areas at all times.
• Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs and Halal certification standards.
• Prevent cross-contamination by following Halal food handling procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook or Chef is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn Halal food preparation and handling procedures.
• Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
