Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Cook with daily food preparation.
• Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients according to kitchen requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing food supplies and stock.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety regulations, and Halal certification requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food ingredients to prevent cross-contamination.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Willing to learn food safety and Halal food handling procedures.
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
