Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee technical service activities for concrete products, including laboratory testing, trial mixes, product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures.

• Provide technical support to customers and the sales team through pre- and post-sales consultation, site visits, complaint investigations, mix design optimization, and product application guidance.

• Drive product development by evaluating raw materials, optimizing formulations, analyzing product performance against competitors, and recommending technical improvements.

• Manage and develop the concrete technical team by allocating resources, supervising daily operations, mentoring staff, coordinating with production/QC, and maintaining laboratory standards.

Skills / Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in concrete technology or construction chemicals.

• Strong technical knowledge of concrete, including mix design, product application, laboratory testing, and troubleshooting.

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise, coach, and prioritize work for a technical team.

• Strong customer-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide technical consultation and build client relationships.

• Preferred to possess a valid driving license for occasional customer site visits
