• Assist stylist • Hands-on on coloring/highlight/treatment/ rebonding/ hair spa and shampoo blow • Provide training for apprentice • Advice and recommend customer individual needs and wants • Experimenting new products • Stock Management • Handling phone calls/making appointments • Handle cashiering • POS closing • Cross selling products and services • Handle customer enquiries and provide advice • Provide excellent customer service
