Background
Our client is an esteemed MNC in the Real Estate and Construction industry. Under a business unit of their Construction business, they are looking for an astute QAQC Manager to oversee all QAQC matters of various construction projects as department head.

Job Description

• Overall department leadership in QAQC matters with keen oversight and supervision of project deliverables to meet various Clients' and authorities' quality requirements.
• Strategize, conceptualize, develop and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry codes & standards.
• Manage the conduct of regular inspections and audits of materials, equipment, processes, and finished products to identify non-conformities and deviations from quality standards.
• Manage comprehensive quality assessments and measurements, including statistical analysis, to evaluate product and process performance.
• Manage the conduct of QAQC daily, weekly or monthly checks.
• Manage the preparation of monthly QAQC reports.
• Manage the conduct of QAQC training to sub-contractors.
• Manage the issuance of QAQC non-compliance notifications to sub-contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement at project sites to meet ensure compliance without adversely impacting efficiencies and project performances.
• Organize and manage monthly QAQC presentations and meetings at Corporate QAQC Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Min 10 years of experience in QAQC role within equivalent construction organization
• Min 5 years of experience as QAQC Manager
• Proven experience as a QAQC Manager or in a similar role.
• Architectural-trained or Structural-trained work experience.
• Familiarity with construction industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in quality assurance & control tools and techniques, such as statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Building construction experience will be an advantage
