Job Summary

Lead daily retail operations and marketing efforts to drive sales growth and operational excellence across multiple outlets. Develop teams and strategies to optimize performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations including staff supervision, operational procedures, and preparation of statistical and performance reports for weekly and monthly reviews
• Forecast sales figures and inventory needs for each retail location to ensure optimal stock levels
• Drive achievement of sales budgets and sustain growth across assigned retail outlets
• Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance, manage procurement of materials and resources, and ensure compliance with company standards
• Take ownership of overall business performance (sales) for assigned groups of outlets
• Train and develop Area Managers, Outlet Supervisors, and staff to deliver service excellence and enhance team capabilities
• Lead the Marketing Communication Division by setting priorities and strategic direction
• Strategize and execute the annual marketing plan, managing budget and deliverables to support business goals
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations departments to generate measurable return on investment (ROI)

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business Adminstration or
• 5-6 years of relevant working experience in retail trade
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Good motivational skills
• Strong negotiation, organization skills
• Awareness of internal and external customer needs
