Responsibilities: -


Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of facility systems, MHE, and building services
Carry out general building repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping)
Coordinate and supervise vendors for maintenance works
Support facility-related requests across departments
Maintain maintenance records and inventory
Respond to breakdowns and emergency repairs, including after-hours support
Ensure effective communication and coordination with team members and supervisors
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management



Requirements: -


Minimum Secondary/ITE qualification with facility management and M&E experience
Proficient in MS Office
Physically fit and able to handle heavy items
Hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of M&E systems and MHE
Knowledge of safety, health, and quality standards
Willing to work in an oil and grease environment and perform overtime when required
Good attendance, attitude, and teamwork mindset
Strong communication and coordination skills
Possess Forklift license and fire safety experience are an advantage
Ability to read technical drawings and site plans is an advantage
