We're Hiring: Brand Engagement Associate!

Enjoy connecting with people and representing a brand? As a Brand Engagement Associate, you'll engage with prospective clients, support brand awareness initiatives and create positive first impressions through meaningful interactions.

What You'll Do

• Represent the brand through outreach activities, events and client engagement initiatives
• Connect with prospective clients through calls, messages and face-to-face interactions
• Introduce our services and answer basic enquiries professionally
• Coordinate appointments and follow up with interested individuals
• Maintain accurate records of engagements and update CRM systems

What We're Looking For

• Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree
• Friendly, confident and professional communicator
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive and willing to learn
• Interest in brand engagement, customer engagement or business development
