Job Scope:

• To work together with AD (Field Governance) on accounts review.
• To follow up on accounts to ensure timely submission.
• To assist AD (Field Governance) to follow up with staff on the submission of administrative reports as well as verification checks documentation.
• To assist AD (Field Governance) in preparing training materials for Grassroots Leaders and Staff training.
• Cover the duties of the Manager (Finance) during their absence.
• To work on any ad hoc assigned task by superiors on top of the main responsibilities and duties.

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 6pm
Location: Pasir Ris Elias CC
Duration: 15 September 2026 to 19 January 2027
Salary: Hourly Rated ($18-20/H)

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in accounting and financial audit.
• Good knowledge of and familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office
