Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions and marketing initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
Prepare basic sales and operational reports for management review.
Take charge of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in premium retail, health & wellness, lifestyle, or luxury products.
Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for driving sales and delivering exceptional service.
Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
