We are a leading shipping company and now are looking for high caliber person to fill the following position:
CUSTOMER SERVICES CLERK (COUNTER)
Full time
$15,000 – $18,000 per month
Job Description:
- Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and operational experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with import/export counter document collection (eRO / BL) and telex release procedures.
- Communicating & coordinating with customers and overseas offices
- Documents & records filing, data entry
- Perform a variety of counter transactions & balance daily transactions
Requirement :
- High School graduates or above with one year working experience preferred
- Preferably with positive working attitude and strong teamwork spirit
- Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Basic computer skills, including Ms Office, Outlook, Excel and general documentation systems.
- Immediate available is an advantage
