Our client is a highly reputable property developer in Hong Kong with a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail assets. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to act as the site-in-charge for one of their prominent shopping malls.

As the site-in-charge, you will take full ownership of the daily operations and property management functions for a bustling shopping mall. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in retail property management, tenant relations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Oversee the day-to-day property management operations of the shopping mall, including security, cleaning, technical maintenance, and customer service.
• Act as the primary site-in-charge to ensure the mall operates smoothly, safely, and to the highest industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail tenants, addressing their needs, handling inquiries, and resolving any operational disputes.
• Manage the annual property management budget, monitor financial performance, and oversee procurement and vendor contracts.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and leasing teams to facilitate mall promotional events, exhibitions, and tactical campaigns.
• Ensure all building facilities and operations strictly comply with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and corporate ESG initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the on-site property management team to deliver excellent service to shoppers and tenants.

• Bachelor degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications in property management, such as PMP Tier 1, MCIH, MHKIH, or RPHM, are highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of solid property management experience, with a proven track record specifically in managing shopping malls or retail portfolios.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional on-site teams and external contractors.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, commercial awareness, and a customer-centric mindset.
