What You'll Do

• Launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns with a genuine say in strategy
• Use AI to generate ad copy, campaign ideas, and marketing angles
• Analyze performance data and translate it into concrete ROI improvements
• Explore and test new AI tools and automation workflows
• Partner closely with designers and video editors to craft ads that perform
• Stay ahead of AI and digital marketing trends before they become mainstream

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Experience using AI tools at work or in a marketing context
• Some familiarity with Meta Ads and performance marketing
• Curious, proactive, and genuinely excited to keep learning
• A plus if you've worked with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Perplexity, or similar
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
