Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,300 per month

Ara Damansara, Selangor (Opposite Subang Airport)

Start Date: Immediate Joiner (Able to Start on Monday)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and handle direct materials in the warehouse.
• Receive, store, pick, pack, and issue materials accurately.
• Perform daily, periodic, and annual stock counts.
• Ensure inventory transactions are updated accurately in SAP.
• Handle inbound and outbound material movements.
• Verify and maintain proper documentation, including COC, COA, and TDS.
• Prepare and issue materials according to production requirements.
• Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored.
• Report damaged or discrepant materials promptly.
• Monitor warehouse temperature and storage conditions according to company requirements.
• Assist in stock adjustments and expired material write-off.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping (5S) and safety standards.
• Support internal, external, and customer audits.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehouse Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience.
• Hands-on experience using SAP for warehouse transactions.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Able to understand and verify COC, COA, and TDS documents.
• Able to communicate and write in English.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Working Schedule

Rotating Weekly Shifts

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 2:45 PM (Monday – Saturday)
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
• Night Shift: 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM (Monday – Friday)

Overtime

• Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
• Sunday overtime (8 hours) is commonly scheduled according to the following week's assigned shift.
• Candidates are expected to support overtime when requested.
