Key Responsibilities：
Develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy, commercialisation roadmap and long-term growth plan.Lead the commercialisation of pavement technologies and transform research outcomes into market-ready products and services.Identify and develop business opportunities with government departments, contractors, engineering consultants, property developers and infrastructure operators.
Build strategic partnerships with universities.

Requirements：

PhD degree in Road Engineering or other related fields, with proven leadership and management experience in a start-up or other technology companies.
