Job Scope

• This role contributes directly to revenue generation through pipeline development and opportunity conversion.

Duties and Responsibilities

To support Ditrolic Energy’s business growth by:

• Building and maintaining a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
• Identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective customers.
• Supporting customer acquisition and business development activities.
• Developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with key stakeholders.
• Providing market insights and industry intelligence to support commercial decision-making.
• Driving the growth of Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), CRESS, SELCO, and other emerging energy solutions.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
• Candidate must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in business development, lead generation, market intelligence, strategic partnerships, sales, or other commercial roles.
• Experience in the renewable energy, energy services, infrastructure, technology, or industrial sectors would be an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidate should be proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
