Job Purpose

The Tele-Collector is responsible for managing overdue accounts by engaging customers to secure timely repayments through effective communication and negotiation. This role ensures consistent follow-up on delinquent accounts, supports the company’s cash flow, and contributes to reducing overall default rates while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively contact customers with overdue payments to discuss and arrange suitable settlement options.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely collection processes.

· Negotiate repayment plans with customers in arrears, balancing recovery objectives with customer circumstances.

· Monitor delinquent accounts and conduct timely follow-ups to secure payments and commitments.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection activities in the system.

Job Requirements

· Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field (higher education is an advantage).

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Experience in collections, credit control, or customer service will be an added advantage.

· Good communication and negotiation skills.

· Able to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).

· Able to work independently and in a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
