Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Level 3 escalation point for overdue reports, unresolved alerts, and SLA breaches.
• Handle Level 2 escalations for missed threat analysis or incidents not communicated to customers.
• Set milestones and monitor performance for the Threat Analysis (TA) team.
• Review SLA violations, missed alerts, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Analyze monthly MIS and SOC KPI reports to drive operational improvements.
• Conduct client governance meetings to review SOC/MDR performance and gather feedback.
• Review quarterly internal audit findings and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Lead alert validation, tabletop exercises, and incident response drills.
• Ensure compliance with SOC processes, reporting standards, and service delivery commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SOC Operations, MDR, or Cyber Security Service Delivery.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, Incident Response, SLA Management, and SOC Operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or ITIL are preferred.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
