Position Overview

Support JLL's Data Centre Capital Markets team during a period of significant market expansion in Malaysia. This internship provides hands-on experience in commercial real estate research, site analysis, and transaction support within the rapidly growing data centre sector.

Job Description

• Conduct land availability searches and compile property databases for data centre development opportunities across Malaysia
• Perform preliminary site analysis and feasibility assessments for data centre opportunities
• Gather and organize market intelligence on infrastructure, connectivity, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in preparing client presentations, investment memoranda, and financial analysis supporting investment recommendations
• Maintain deal pipelines, property trackers, and market intelligence databases while supporting transaction documentation
  
  

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with excellent research and analytical capabilities
• Effective communication skills in English with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
