About O Psych

O Psych is a fast-paced, dynamic organization committed to making work worth it. Our mission is to establish the People@Work Index (P@W Index) and drive workplace well-being transformation across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. We operate primarily remotely, with a strong focus on disciplined communication, accountability, and delivering impact-driven results.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior HR Consultant, a sales-driven, client-focused role responsible for consulting, account management, and execution. As the closer, you will engage with potential clients, tailor solutions to their needs, and ensure smooth project delivery. This role requires a blend of trusted advisory, solution-selling, and hands-on execution to drive tangible impact. Success is measured by revenue growth, account expansion, and client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic consulting and execution, balancing HR expertise, facilitation, and business development to deliver high-value solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Acts as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and partners. Supports the client journey from initial contact to program delivery by coordinating meetings, managing follow-ups and inquiries, tracking project timelines, and maintaining clear, timely communication. Helps ensure a high standard of service delivery and contributes to building long-term client relationships through consistent support and responsiveness.

2. Project Coordination and Delivery Support for People@Work Suite of Products

Assists in the planning and execution of internal and client-facing workshops, People@Work Index rollout, certification programs, and events. Responsibilities include preparing project materials, managing client communications (e.g., email and WhatsApp), coordinating logistics, securing venues, and ensuring smooth on-site execution to deliver a seamless participant experience. May also provide support during sessions and post-event reporting.

3. Client & Training Proposal

Supports the preparation and formatting of client proposals, internal documentation, marketing decks, and presentation materials. Ensures all materials are brand-aligned, well-organized, and visually polished. Also contributes to light video editing and content clean-up, supporting the team in delivering professional, presentation-ready documents.

4. Digital Marketing & Social Media Support

Assists in managing social media calendars, scheduling and publishing posts, and tracking basic engagement metrics. Supports digital campaigns through visual content creation such as posters, banners, and event highlights, ensuring alignment with brand tone and visual identity. May also assist in compiling insights to support content and engagement strategies.

5. Finance & HRDC Administration

Works closely with the Finance team to prepare documentation for billing, invoicing, and HRDC-related claims. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of submissions, maintains organized records, and helps support compliance with claim requirements for public and corporate training programs.
