Role Description The Quality Assurance & Control Analyst – Insurance is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This position is responsible for reviewing insurance-related processes, documentation, and transactions to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing manual test cases, performing quality checks on policy processing and claims handling, identifying errors or inconsistencies, and documenting findings in clear reports. The analyst will collaborate with operations, underwriting, claims, and IT teams to resolve issues, recommend process improvements, and support root-cause analysis for recurring defects. The role also involves maintaining QA and QC metrics, contributing to audit readiness, and supporting the implementation of new controls, guidelines, or system enhancements.
