Marketing & Growth Intern

3-Month Internship | Potential Full-Time Opportunity

Woofgang Bark is looking for a creative, tenacious and slightly pet-obsessed Marketing & Growth Intern to join our growing team.

This is not an internship where you sit quietly and watch from the sidelines. You’ll work on real campaigns, customer conversations, content and e-commerce projects for a Singapore-born premium pet pâtisserie brand.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage social media content, scheduling and daily engagement
• Design posters, Stories and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
• Write captions and help keep our platforms polished and on-brand
• Reply to customer enquiries, comments and messages professionally
• Support TikTok Shop content, promotions and operations
• Assist with TikTok Live sessions — additional incentives are available for interns who confidently host Lives and help drive sales
• Create presentations, reports and documents using Google Docs and Google Slides
• Support events, campaigns, creator coordination and general administrative tasks

We’re looking for someone who is

• Creative, proactive and full of ideas with a passion in marketing
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and current social trends
• Comfortable using Canva, Capcut, Google Docs, Google Slides and Google Drive
• Confident communicating with customers
• Organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Resourceful, tenacious and willing to learn
• Comfortable appearing on camera — a bonus, not a requirement
• Able to edit short-form videos
• Able to speak Mandarin — preferred

Internship details

Duration: 3 months

Opportunity: Potential full-time role based on performance, progress and team fit

Working hours: Flexible

Work arrangement: Hybrid and flexible, working closely with the Head of Growth in Kuala Lumpur. Remote working may be available after successful full-time conversion.
