Wofollow Hiring! Full Time Social Media Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

We're looking for a Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day content and community for our client accounts. From planning and posting to reporting on what's working. You'll work closely with our creative teams to keep campaigns sharp, on-brand, and on time.

What You'll Do

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) for multiple client accounts
• Write engaging captions and copy aligned to each brand's tone of voice
• Manage day-to-day community engagement (eg. comments, DMs, and audience interaction)
• Coordinate with designers and videographers to brief and review content assets
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reporting with actionable insights
• Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity
• Support KOL/KOC campaign coordination where needed (briefing, tracking deliverables, liaising with creators)

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong writing skills and a good eye for content that performs
• Comfortable working across multiple client accounts and platforms at once
• Familiarity with social media scheduling/analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and etc)
• Organised, deadline-driven, and able to juggle priorities without dropping the ball
• A genuine interest in social media, culture, and what makes content click

Nice to Have

• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe apps)
• Experience working with influencers/KOLs
• Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency (Mandarin a bonus)
