Are you a fresh graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in IT Project Management? Join our team as a Project Coordinator and gain hands-on experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical IT projects.

You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Engineers, and technical teams while developing valuable project coordination, stakeholder management, and IT implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, action items, risks, and timelines.
• Organise meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and project trackers.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Vendors, and Business Stakeholders.
• Support project testing, deployment, and implementation activities.
• Assist with project governance, reporting, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates with IT experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint is an advantage.
