Job Scope

• Handle conveyancing matters including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, tenancy agreements, and related legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, developers, banks, government authorities, and relevant parties.
• Provide legal advice on conveyancing transactions.
• Ensure files are handled efficiently and completed within the stipulated timeline.
• Attend to clients' enquiries and maintain good client relationships.
• Perform any other legal duties assigned by the Firm.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Practising Certificate (PC).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in conveyancing practice (freshly admitted lawyers are encouraged to apply if willing to learn).
• Familiar with conveyancing procedures and documentation.
• Good drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to meet deadlines.
