Intern will learn and be exposed to:

• Talent & Performance Management – Support talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management activities.
• Data Management & Reporting – Maintain talent data and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Support meetings, discussions, and talent management initiatives with HR and business stakeholders.

Specific responsibilities:

• Maintain and update talent and performance management data.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
• Support talent review and succession planning activities.
• Coordinate meetings, discussions, and follow-up actions with stakeholders.
• Track and compile information required for talent management exercises.
• Provide administrative support for talent management programmes and initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of employee data.
