As Web3, blockchain, digital assets, and AI continue to drive the next generation of data-intensive applications, VeloDB is expanding its presence across the Web3 ecosystem.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially driven Enterprise Sales Manager with strong networks across the Web3, Blockchain, Crypto, Digital Assets, Exchange, and FinTech sectors.

This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Web3 and digital asset organizations.
  • Build relationships with founders, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, Data Leaders, and Engineering teams.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and enterprise account growth.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
  • Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to position VeloDB solutions.
  • Attend blockchain, crypto, Web3, AI, and data infrastructure events across APAC.
  • Build strategic partnerships within the digital asset ecosystem.
  • Maintain an accurate and predictable sales pipeline.

Ideal Candidate Profile Essential
  • 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record selling software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, analytics, or data platform solutions.
  • Experience working with Web3, blockchain, crypto, digital asset, fintech, or exchange clients.
  • Strong hunting and business development capability.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
