About the Roles

We are hiring a Project Engineer for a permanent, site-based role with an office at Kallang, working 5.5 days a week (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–1pm). This position offers a competitive basic salary with performance bonus, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on project experience within the construction and engineering services sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Project Manager in executing and delivering assigned projects effectively.
• Track project timelines and ensure activities progress according to planned schedules.
• Manage and coordinate RFI (Request for Information) and submittal processes with stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly progress claims within required deadlines.
• Participate in site meetings, coordination discussions, and project briefings.
• Monitor on-site developments and provide timely updates and reports to management.
• Assist in addressing site challenges and facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a Project Engineer or similar position is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, for reporting purposes.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
