About the Roles

Join our team as a Sales Coordinator (Order Processing & Customer Support) based in Joo Koon. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), offering a structured schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. What You’ll Be Doing

• Process customer orders and ensure timely completion from order placement to fulfilment.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other necessary sales-related documents.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams.
• Provide customers with regular updates on order progress and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer details.
• Support the sales team with daily administrative and coordination activities.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide prompt after-sales assistance.
• Assist with inventory coordination and related operational tasks when required.
• Carry out other assigned duties to support business operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service roles.
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCount.
• Able to stay organised, detail-focused, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment will be an advantage.
