• Assist Quantity Surveyors in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Carry out quantity take-off and measurement from construction drawings and specifications.
• Request, compare, and compile quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in preparing progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, variations (VO), and assist in budget tracking.
• Maintain contract documents, cost records, and project filing systems.
• Coordinate with site teams, procurement, consultants, contractors, and finance on project costing matters.
• Assist in evaluating variation orders, claims, and contract-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contract requirements, and project specifications.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
