Position: Business Development Manager – IT Staffing

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for IT staffing and recruitment services.
• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Understand clients' hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely candidate delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.

Required Skills

• 3–8+ years of Business Development experience in IT Staffing/IT Recruitment/Manpower Consulting.
• Experience acquiring new clients (hunter profile).
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and hiring requirements.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience handling end-to-end sales cycle.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
