About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Card Launch PMO / Project Manager to lead end-to-end commercial card launch initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, card lifecycle processes, and stakeholder coordination. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive integrated planning, testing governance, and operational readiness while ensuring timely delivery of milestones and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Mobilisation & Governance

• Establish programme charters, objectives, governance structures, and success metrics.
• Develop and manage integrated implementation plans across product, technology, operations, and launch readiness.
• Maintain RAID logs, dependency trackers, stakeholder communication plans, and executive reporting.

Commercial Card Launch Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery from product definition through post-launch stabilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across card issuance, transaction processing, fraud, servicing, billing, and reconciliation.
• Manage external stakeholders including card networks, issuer processors, and technology vendors.

Requirements & Solution Coordination

• Facilitate business, operational, and customer requirement workshops.
• Review BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Identify functional and operational gaps and ensure timely resolution.

Testing & Operational Readiness

• Plan and govern SIT, UAT, certification, pilot, and production readiness activities.
• Ensure operational readiness across Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Fraud, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing covering the complete commercial card lifecycle and customer journeys.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

• Coordinate regulatory, legal, risk, and compliance approvals.
• Track scheme compliance, control completion, and audit evidence.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Product Delivery, or Business Analysis within Banking, Cards, Payments, or FinTech.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end commercial card launches, issuer processor implementations, or card platform migrations.
• Strong understanding of the card issuing ecosystem and card lifecycle processes.
• Proven expertise in:
• Integrated project planning
• RAID management
• Testing governance (SIT/UAT)
• Executive reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certifications.
• Experience with Commercial Cards, Corporate Cards, Virtual Cards, Issuer Processors, and ERP integrations.
• Prior experience working within a card issuer, bank, or financial institution.
