Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and pursue new project sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, quotation submission, negotiation, and project closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, project management consultants, and corporate clients.
- Conduct product presentations and provide suitable office furniture solutions based on clients' project requirements and budgets.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents while ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments, including design, operations, and production teams, to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.
- Monitor project progress, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in project sales, preferably within the office furniture, interior design, fit-out, building materials, or construction industry.
Proven experience handling project-based sales and business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
