We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to lead the origination, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in REITs, investment management, or institutional real estate, with exposure to industrial assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and originate quality investment opportunities aligned with the REIT's acquisition strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, agents, investment banks, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead investment evaluations, including financial modelling, valuation, DCF, IRR, NPV, yield and sensitivity analysis.
• Drive end-to-end acquisition processes, including due diligence, negotiations, deal structuring, and completion.
• Prepare investment papers and recommendations for Management and the Investment Committee.
• Work closely with legal, finance, tax, technical, and external advisors throughout the transaction life cycle.
• Monitor market trends and identify acquisition opportunities, particularly within the industrial property sector.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in REITs, real estate investment, acquisitions, fund management, or institutional property investment.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills.
• Proven experience sourcing and executing real estate acquisition transactions.
• Good understanding of REIT regulations, capital markets, and corporate finance.
• Established network within the Malaysian property market, especially industrial assets, is highly preferred.
• CFA, MBA, or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
• Strong business development and deal origination experience
• Hands-on acquisition and transaction execution experience
• Commercially driven with strong financial acumen
• Existing network within the industrial real estate ecosystem
