• Assist Senior Finance Manager and Finance Executive to prepare and complete periodical accounts closing.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of account data input.
• Monitor stock movement i.e. Finished Goods, Raw Material Stock, Consumable Stock and Spare Parts.
• Manage the Fixed Assets Management System, such as tagging of assets, calculate the depreciation, Fixed Assets disposal etc.
• Monitor a scrap disposal and scrap audit.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Prepare Scrap Invoice and Sales Invoice.
• Manage the Account Payable / Account Receivable.
• Tax Computation and Indirect Tax involvement.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agents, banker and regulatory authorities.
• Other task given from time to time.
• Adhere to all the Quality/Safety & Environmental requirements.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of stock system is more advantage
• Good operating knowledge in computerized accounting software system.
• Meticulous, analytical and self motivated.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling financial information

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
