Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance

of automated production equipment.

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment

reliability and minimize production downtime.

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including work allocation,

performance monitoring, technical guidance, and training.

• Manage PLC control systems, electrical and mechanical maintenance, servo

systems, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.

• Prepare maintenance reports, SOPs, work instructions, and equipment

documentation to ensure standardized maintenance practices.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance,

reliability, and maintenance efficiency.

• Coordinate equipment installation, modification, spare parts management,

and engineering projects to support manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic

Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory equipment maintenance, with

hands-on experience in automated production equipment, mechanical and

electrical maintenance, and PLC systems.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership or

engineering/maintenance management

• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, servo motor control, pneumatic,

hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

• Experience in equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive

maintenance, and maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in reading and preparing mechanical drawings and electrical wiring

diagrams (AutoCAD is an advantage).

• Candidates with stable employment history are preferred (those with frequent

job changes within a short period may not be considered).

• Candidates with hands-on factory maintenance experience in a manufacturing

environment are highly preferred.

• Experience in the PCB, CCL, electronics, semiconductor, or other automated

manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
