Gadek Nursery, based in Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Cheras, is a nursery that offers a variety of high-quality trees, including ornamental, flowering, and fruit trees. We also provide planting advice to customers and plant enthusiasts. We are currently looking for a proactive, customer focused and fit Live Host cum Admin Sales to join our team.

The Live Host cum Sales role combines digital marketing support, including:

Live Host cum Sales Responsibilities:

• Host live sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee or Facebook to promote bromeliads and other plants.
• Present products attractively with clear explanations of plant care, benefits, and unique features.
• Engage with audience actively, answering questions and encouraging purchases in real-time.
• Coordinate with nursery team to prepare stock and ensure plant availability for live sessions.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through live selling strategies and upselling techniques.
• Create basic content (photos/videos) for pre-live/post-live promotions.
• Monitor comments, DMs & orders after each session and assist with customer inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of bromeliads and plant trends to educate and build trust with buyers.
• Assist with packaging & delivery coordination post-live for smooth fulfillment.
• Work with marketing team to plan campaign themes, promos, and special live events.

Requirements:

• Passion for plants – especially ornamental plants like bromeliads.
• Confident and presentable on camera, with good communication skills.
• Basic sales knowledge and ability to persuade viewers to buy.
• Experience in live hosting or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Shopee Live).
• Able to speak clearly in BM or English.
• Creative and energetic personality to keep viewers engaged.
• Willing to learn about plant care and product details.
• Team player, able to work with marketing and nursery staff.
• Flexible working hours especially during peak online traffic times (evenings/weekends).
