Job Description:

• Prepare production job order, monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Plan production according to machine capacity, manpower, mould availability, raw materials, and production priorities.
• Issuing raw material for daily as per production requirement.
• Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed according to the planned schedule.
• Preparing reports to monthly or whenever required internal or customer request.
• Issuing PO to subcon and issuing delivery schedule, raw material, packing and follow up on the delivery schedule.
• Calculate Ink/Paint consumption and issue PO to supplier as required.
• Update/reply to customer Email/WhatsApp production or planning related.
• Coordinate closely with Production, QA, Warehouse, Purchasing, Maintenance, Tooling, and Sales Departments.
• Follow up on production delays, machine breakdowns, material shortages, and other issues affecting production schedules.
• Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory levels.
• Coordinate machine and mould changeover planning to minimise downtime and improve production efficiency.
• Update production plans based on actual production output and operational changes.
• Prepare production planning reports and monitor production performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in plastic injection moulding or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of injection moulding processes, production planning, and inventory control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with different departments.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• On-time delivery performance.
• Subcontractor delivery performance.
• Production efficiency and reduction of downtime due to planning issues.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
