SALARY: RM1700 - RM2000 + Commission + Allowance (5 working days)

Customer Service - Credit Service (Personal Loan) is responsible for promoting and selling personal loan products to new and existing customers. The role involves generating sales leads, assessing customer eligibility, assisting with loan applications, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the financing process.

• Promote and sell financing service to customers.
• Identify potential clients and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct sales presentations and explain service benefits clearly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up with customers on applications and documentation.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer data.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
