About Us

We are a growing regional industrial solutions group with operations across Southeast Asia. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a hands-on and analytical Group Finance Senior Executive to join our Group Finance team.


Position Summary

The Group Finance Senior Executive will support Group consolidation, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance and business performance analysis across multiple entities.

This role requires a well-rounded finance professional with experience in audit, financial reporting and/or commercial finance. The successful candidate will work closely with regional finance teams to strengthen financial governance, improve reporting processes and provide meaningful financial insights to support management decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of monthly Group management accounts and consolidation of financial results across multiple entities.
  • Review financial submissions from Business Unit finance teams to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely reporting.
  • Monitor Group cash flow performance and prepare forecast vs actual analysis.
  • Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities at Group level.
  • Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with Group reporting, statutory audits and compliance requirements.
  • Support corporate tax reporting and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Perform and review intercompany reconciliations and ensure proper accounting treatment across Group entities.
  • Analyse financial performance, key variances and business trends for management reporting.
  • Liaise with regional finance teams, auditors, tax agents and other external parties when required.
  • Participate in reviewing and improving financial policies, processes and internal controls across the Group.
  • Support finance system enhancements, reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by Management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in audit, financial reporting, Group finance and/or commercial finance.
  • Experience in Group consolidation or working with multiple entities would be an advantage.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently across Southeast Asia, including occasional travel at short notice.
