1. Business Development

• Proactively seek opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling of

services.

• Develop strategic account plans to expand the agency’s footprint within existing client

organizations.

• Represent the agency in client presentations, industry events, and networking

opportunities.

2. Project Management

• Lead and manage a portfolio of design and media publication accounts, serving as the

primary agency contact for clients.

• Drive the achievement of team annual sales targets by strategising and executing

initiatives.

• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction

and retention.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through client referrals and networking.

• Develop comprehensive project schedules and timelines, collaborating closely with the

Art Director/Lead Designer to allocate resources effectively.

• Analyse sales and performance data to optimize account strategies and allocate resources

efficiently.

• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and improve the agency's offerings.

• Provide strategic input to clients, ensuring their objectives are met within budget and

agreed timelines.

• Oversee project production factors, including budgets, objectives, presentation

approaches, and execution techniques.

3. Administration

• Plan, execute, and project milestones effectively

• Coordinate with creative team, suppliers, and clients on deliverables

• Communicate expectation of clients to creative team

• Provide strategic administrative support to enhance project delivery efficiency.

• Conduct comprehensive post-project reviews, identifying areas for improvement and

implementing lessons learned.
