Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing deals.
- Execute face-to-face marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Represent clients professionally at events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the team to plan and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales, communication, and leadership skills.
