Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor team members to develop and execute strategies for meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and sustain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders for effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing positive relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance product knowledge, facilitating effective sales to distributors and retailers.
• Oversee logistics operations for timely and cost-effective product delivery.
• Manage inventory effectively while ensuring product availability.
• Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics to resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate reports and records related to orders, shipments, and logistics data.
• Facilitate clear communication across departments to enable smooth daily operations.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while achieving sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, while suggesting improvement strategies.
• Generate dashboard reports on sales performance by analyzing data related to product lines and regions.
• Assist in internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Business, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a sales or business development role.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience in managing budgets and sales forecasting.
• Willingness to travel for business as required.
• Flexibility to work in a warehouse setting when necessary, and availability for some weekends or public holidays for company events.
