Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of cleaning services across multiple client sites, ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs and service standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control
- Manage and supervise a team of supervisors and cleaners, including manpower planning, training, and performance evaluation
- Liaise with clients to handle feedback, resolve service issues, and maintain strong business relationships
- Ensure compliance with NEA regulations, workplace safety standards, and company policies
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analysis for management review
- Handle ad-hoc projects, including site audits, process improvements, and tender support
