Are you meticulous, organized, and experienced in the Fire Protection industry? Join our team! We are looking for a motivated Cost Estimator & Tender Executive (M&E / Fire Protection) to support our operations, tender submissions, and daily administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender & Estimation: Prepare quotations, sales orders, and tender submissions.
• Costing & Sourcing: Source, negotiate, and compile cost comparisons for supplier/sub-contractor quotations; assist with project budgeting.
• Reporting & Handover: Maintain regular tender reports and support smooth project handovers.
• Operations & Admin: Oversee daily office administration, maintain accurate filing/records, and assist with ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Fire Protection industry.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Independent, resourceful, and highly detail-oriented.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
